General Information[]

The Firefighter fights off blazes and cut open structures that endangers others.

Unit Actions[]

Note that when performing all of these actions, the Firefighter can still be harmed by armed criminals. Try to neutralize these threats before they could be sent in.

Upgrades will enhance the Firefighter's efficiency in firefighting & cutting and explosion resistance.

Equip Item[]

  • The Firefighter arrives at the scene unarmed, and will need to obtain equipment from the Fire Truck they arrived in. They can choose between the hydraulic cutters, the fire hose and the fire extinguisher.
    • If there are no eligible fires to use an item on nor objects that they need to cut open, the respective items cannot be equipped.

Cut[]

  • When selected, the game highlights all objects that can be broken open with the hydraulic cutters.
    • The firefighter needs to be equipped with the hydraulic cutters.
    • Burning objects must be extinguished. If a wreck reignites when the Firefighters arrive, they will simply not take any action. However, while cutting, fires can't propagate to the target.
    • The process can be aborted mid-way, but this will reset the progress.
    • If an object is cut open, all trapped casualties will be freed and the player gains EXP.

Extinguish Fire[]

  • When selected, the game highlights all eligible burning objects. The firefighter will then begin to extinguish the flames.
    • The firefighter needs to be equipped with the fire extinguisher or the fire hose.
    • The fire extinguishers can only target smaller fires, while a nearby hydrant needs to be available for the firefighter to use the hose. There is also a delay in attaching/removing the hose.
    • Upon extinguishing a fire, they will stop their current action.
    • For each fire suppressed, the player gains some some EXP. This only applies for those already burning when the game begins, and not to other objects already extinguished after re-ignition or damaged by the spreading blaze.

Cool[]

  • When selected, the game highlights all eligible objects that are not burning. The firefighter will then begin to douse the object with water.
    • The firefighter needs to be equipped with the fire hose.
    • While being sprayed, the object cannot catch fire.
    • A nearby hydrant is required for the firefighter to cool the object.
    • If the object is already burning before the firefighter arrives, they will still douse the flames as normal and continue spraying after the flames die out.
    • If all fires have been extinguished, the firefighter will stop cooling the object.

Trivia[]

  • Firefighters are the only personnel in the Fire Department. However, it is implied that they are capable of operating every associated vehicle.
  • They are the only personnel immune to fire.
  • They are not immune to explosions.
